April 2014, Volume II, Issue 5

Greetings Vegas Fans!

Ready for Some Fun in the Sun? Grab your suntan lotion, your sexiest swimwear and head to Vegas this summer and experience the biggest and best pool season on the planet!

Most all of the pools are now open and the excitement of summertime is starting to sizzle. The Nightlife scene has now made it into the daylight with the new term, "Daylife". The Bottle Service and VIP Access that was reserved for night time partying has now exploded city wide. Everything from private bungalows and cabanas to daybeds are available for groups interested in getting bottle service. On our recent tour of hot Daylife some of the notable standouts are Liquid at Aria, Wet Republic at MGM, Caesar's Palace Garden of the Gods, Encore Beach Club, and the Rio's VooDoo Beach. Of course, there's plenty of fun in the sun to be had at legendary pool parties such as Ditch Weekends at The Palms or Rehab at the Hard Rock Hotel.

If you also like to enjoy the Vegas Music Scene, the Concert Series at The Cosmopolitan's Boulevard Pool features top musical acts all season. Upcoming performances include Band of Horses, Aloe Blacc, Yellowcard and Weezer. Mandalay Bay Beach also has great music starting with Country star Gary Allan kicks off ths year's Beach Concert Series on May 11.

While out at the pools or enjoying the club scene at night, don't take the chance of drinking and driving. The Vegas Advantage Card provides several great limo and shuttle companies to get you around town safely and for a much better price than you probably imagine. Definitely less costly than a DUI and jail time.

Dear Travel Partners

Minus 5 Icebar is a Las Vegas Experience that will chill you to your bones! Created in New Zealand, minus5° is an ice bar where you can touch, feel, and explore handcrafted ice sculptures and ice architecture made from 100% pure Canadian ice. Named for its constant frosty temperature of minus five degrees (twenty-three degrees Fahrenheit), thousands have flocked to experience this unique concept. Everything inside minus5° is made of ice; the walls, the bar, the sculptures, the seats and even the glasses that you enjoy our famous vodka-based cocktails in. Our focus at minus5° is the art of ice. We have our own ice carver who changes the bar and sculptures every 6-8 weeks, continually re-inventing the experience. Sculptures can reflect the season, location, wildlife, or even corporate logos and products for private functions. The possibilities are endless.

The minus5° Experience...

Once commencing the tour, guests are kitted out in Eskimo-like ice gear which includes insulated jackets, gloves and boots. Once inside the bar, visitors are greeted with an icy wonderland of intricately hand-crafted ice sculptures and furniture. Guests can explore the ice bar and relax on ice couches covered in deer skin, while sipping on a wide range of cocktails using only the world's premium vodkas served in our custom-designed glasses made from NZ artesian water. A photographer, skilled in the art of "capturing the moment," roams the bar. This is an ideal setting for a group party, whether it's a bachelorette party or a corporate event the Minus5 Experiences creates a lasting impression of your event. For information on groups the person to contact is Las Vegas native Rose Vandenberg. Rose can create the Minus5 memories that will make sure your event has lasting value. rose@minus5experience.com.
